We “Very” highly recommend buying everything white so it is able to be bleached, it must also be labeled with a name (Yours or the Property name) + the sheet size so it is easy for us to match them up when they are ready to fold.
Keep in mind, we always do a great job of everything we do but sometimes things may need a miracle more than the expertise.
What will I need to supply my holiday rental guests
STOCK STANDARD
We recommend you keep a well stocked cupboard of all the items you want to put out, This will help keep costs down, The Maids will give you notice in your cleaning report if something needs topping up.
If ever needed or you require stock regularly from The Maids after check-out we have all the items on hand at every clean ( Level Extreme by request and fee).

The Maids will still complete the job at hand and in time for your next guest come hell or high water! We have a team and in an emergency we can reprioritize any Airbnb’s / holiday rentals cleaning staff numbers with great communication from our team.
However, we will need to forward the cost to you (The Host ) who we expect and hope forward it on to the guest. You have a part to play as a host in creating discipline in the industry.

As the Host, we do ask that you identify if there complaints are genuine or they are after a discount.
